The Ashbreaker Clan dwells in a realm all its own...
A place where lush valleys collide with a towering mountain, lazy waterfalls flow into raging rivers, and dangerous humans encounter fearsome wolves. The Ashbreaker is always on the run, since fate seems to enjoy toying with their lives daily. If you find yourself on their terra, you'd better have a good reason...
If you wish to join, find the alpha, Tigerstorm, or the beta, Haitoru, before they find you lurking about their homeland without permission. If you're just passing through, make it quick... Haitoru doesn't take kindly to strangers...
08•10•o9 Yay for getting back on track for tha main plot and for activity boost! I am happy we are able to get things going before school comes for some. Keep up the good work everyone! <3 ~ Tiggy
07•19•o9 You all know what had happen so i don't need to explain in here. I want to get our activity back up(meaning as 'our', I am pointing at myself and Haitoru). 19•o5•o9 - Hello, everyone. I do want to first say I am sorry for Haitoru's and my own inavtivity. School is almost ending, and my sister is going to graduate. Hope when school is over, we can enjoy roleplaying once again. <3 ~ Tiggy and Hai
21•o4•o9 - Activity Check #2 is now in order. So is May nominations for WOTM. I hope everyone had great vacations and breaks! You can take your time adjusting back into the roleplaying life again. Lol. Have fun and I hope the activity will boost up again. <3 ~ Tiggy
30•o3•o9 - Rhandir Valley has hit a bump in the road. Not much posting compare to earlier on, but hey! Life does get in the way. You guys are great and are super awesome for being able to dedicate yourselves to this site. Possibly an Activity check soon enough. Also, WOTM needs help going! ~ Tiggy

14•12•o8 - Maintenance Mode no more! Thanks to Lust and others, we were able to make the site even more organized and attractive. Hopefully more members will join. If not, we can advertise our site at theirs. Might work! Ayways, activity is doing well amongst all the members with school and other life obstacles. Take your time and don't rush yourselves to reply in threads! <3 ~ Tiggy
o7•12•o8 - As you all have noticed, the site was put at a stand still. Tig and I decided we should lock it up until we have fixed everything and have gotten all of your support in the finished product. Lust had given me the lovely idea of a independent, or otherwise freeform, roleplay section for those who don't want to follow the main thread. I kept the main thread in case some of us still want to make it like a big story, but she was right. It IS hard to follow it and keep up with everything if everyone is in one thread. I'm organizing, trying to finish the Nightrider Plot Summary. I'll make the 'Kingdom of Carnage' plot summary to, when it gets a few more posts. c: ~ Hai

Grass crunched under Aisha's feet as she slowly looked around. She could see afew wolves just in the one clearing she was in, and suspected that more would be around. She turned to thank Tigerstorm once more but realised that he had already left.
Thinking back to her previous thought, she was amazed by how the pack treated this place as home. Well, she thought, I guess it is their home. Aisha hadn't had a place to call home for over a year; she had been wandering around, searching for what she had just found.
Ashbreaker. She rolled the word around in her mouth. I am an Ashbreaker. The female started towards where she could see the dens. She would claim an empty one, one that had not been used in a while. At that moment, making a den was the last thing on her mind. As she stepped in, she looked back out the door.
Now she had a place to call her own. Aisha liked the thought that she could go back to her own den when she wanted to be alone or to sleep. Out in the forests, she used to sleep anywhere she could. Lying down with her head sticking out the opening, she could see another wolf padding along close to her new den. She pushed herself up and started towards them.
Aisha knew that she was going to stay in this pack for a while, if not her whole life. She would need to make some friends, or at least get to know some names. Someday, I will have to go visit my old friend Oromys. As she drew near, she had a pang of nervousness. She wondered how well this wolf would take to a newbie.

Golden gems peered lazily on the open meadow, the rusty-white hue glowing in the sun kissed rays. Her stomach laid flat on the grassy grounds and her back legs were sprawled out like a puppy would have them. This was a habit she thought she was through, but she was proved wrong. It was more comfortable even though it made her feel like a whelp.
A loud and rough yawn escaped her mouth, her lips smacking together before pressing against the thins lines to curve into a smile. She loved being alone out in the ashbreaker lands. No words. No obnoxious noises. And her favorite, no company to entertain. That was one of her many pet peeves.
But, she thought to soon. A fresh scent, a female to be exact, was unwillingly whiffed up into Kydir's nostrils. A disgusted look was quickly pressed on her appearance as she rolled her eyes at the femme form at the empty dens she took sit in. That's new. Usually they would come up and blab in her ears about who they are and blah blah with some more crap that this nasty female could and would care less about.
This interested her. Perked up her curiosity.
Forcing herself off her belly and on her dainty paws, she stretched her stilts and trotted over to the white one. As she came close, the stranger was already up and coming. Being a few inches from Aisha's face, one brow was up and her lips curved up into a cocky smile.
"Before you speak, make sure you don't talk about pointless things that will make me walk away. Harsh, but hey. I do get bored easily."

Aisha was startled by the greeting, if you could even call it that. Pointless things? How did one even know what was pointless to someone they had never met? She held back a sigh that she wanted so much to release, and decided that whatever 'boring' meant to this wolf, she was certainly not it.
Clicking her tongue, the beautiful snow white female lifted her head and paced around Kydir. She looked over the wolf, almost inspecting her. She had a dainty build, interestingly colored fur. It was red, yellow, a hint of brown. As Aisha neared the place she had been standing seconds before, she slowly turned back and looked the other female in the eye.
"Aisha." The sleek female nodded down at Kydir. The reddish female was at least three inches shorter than Aisha, maybe four. The rank of Kydir was unknown to the white femme, so was most other things. Aisha turned back to the dens awaiting some word from the wolfess. As Aisha realised Kydir was not about to speak, she looked over her shoulder, annoyed. "And you are...?"

Her smirk remained on her lips after speaking her words, golden gems gazing curiously at the she-wolf. Aisha seemed a bit shocked by how the Ethiopian female burst out like that, however, she'll have to grow accustom to her rudeness, but honest behavior or things could get ugly...
Those coyote, black-tipped auds heard that click that escaped the newbies throat, and watched at she was 'examined.' Kydir was so tempted to say something ignorant or cheeky when Aisha circled the reddish fea, except, she was holding it back for another time when needed.
"Aisha."
Orbs narrowed at the white canine, a scoffed loudly breaking the silence after the larger one told her name. She didn't want her name! If the coyote-like wolf pushed her for her name, she would've asked. As Aisha went back to her so call den, she was brave enough to look back with an exasperate facial expression at Kydir and say something in the most unseen matter that has ever been directed at the African species canine.
"And you are...?"
Now she was fuming. Wrinkling her face in an ugly way with only the tops of her whites beaming through those thin lips of her, Kydir pounded on over to the ivory colored one and spoke in a harsh matter. "And you are...?!" a mocking tone spoke, continuing on. "And here I thought you would know your place and how to speak to others with deference!"

Wide eyes were plastered to Aisha's face. The ivory wolfess was taken aback at the reaction she had recieved. It was obvious that even though the comment had meant nothing, it greatly offended Kydir. Damn. The last thing Aisha needed was to get off to a bad start with the wolf.
Ever since she was little, she had been taught that a great part of life circled around a few little things: Saying please and thank you, having the courage to forgive and the will to say you're sorry. The female decided she was going to start out with the apology and hopefully Kydir would find the 'courage' to forgive her and move on.
"I didn't mean anything by that. I wasn't trying to be insolent..." The female had no clue why she had said that. It might have been due to the fact that she was nervous, trying to make a good impression on the other. "I haven't really, um, been in a pack with this many wolves...well, I haven't been in a pack for a long time and I guess I just forgot my manners. I'm sorry."
Motto. That was what Aisha carried. Her motto. It was to be truthful and that was what she was doing. There was a great chance that the reddish wolf would find her tale 'pointless' and leave fuming. On the other hand, she may accept her apology...
The chance of that was slim to none.
From her lips escaped her 'boring', truthful apology and she bared her throat in respect to the wolfess. It was already quite obvious to Aisha that you did not want to get on Kydir's bad side. Sadly, she had done that with her first few words. As she lowered her head, her nervous orbs met Kydir's once more.

She walked, or more like marched, around Aisha's den entrance, nostrils fuming out hot air, snorts capable of being heard clearly. Those white paws pounded beneath at the dirt ground, Kydir's hairs on her hackles bristled up in ferry. Those white teeth still bared with her wrinkles muzzle, golden gems piercing at the white femora's form as she circled her, looming like she was bout to jump at anytime. However, she remained on the earth, never lifting all four paws off, her trots still drumming the flooring.
If one could see afar, they probably would think she was having a temper trandrum like a pup. Its usually accepted when one does have it, but this African lupine was no wheres near the age of a pup. She just looked like a fool.
Her heartbeat erratically slowed down when the one spoke again, but in her favor, apologizing. Another scoff was released into the air, a coyote nose pointed up in the heavens. The sun glowed on her white chin, a passing wind kissing it gently before she lowered it back down when Aisha finished up. "I'm sorry."
Watching as she lowered her own gaze at the temperamental wolfess, Kydir spotted the nervousness inside them. It took a few blinks to register Aisha's apology and gaze, but once it was, Kydir turned her crown the opposite direction, a rusted black tassel slightly up. "I didn't ask for your apology, Aisha..." she rudely pointed out, still going on. "But, I do appreciate it..."
Kydir, with her face still the other way, smirked rather large, wondering how she would react to the sudden change in personality. A chuckle was withheld in her throat so she wouldn't be caught at her little game.

The ivory femora watched as Kydir's stomping and snorting came to an end. She was glad, the reddish wolf had been embarrassing herself and Aisha also. Following the other with her shining orbs, she wondered if the female was being truthful. As a voice pierced the silence, the ivory wolfess squinted.
Her words did not make sense to Aisha, first rudely stating that she had asked for no apology, then being kinder and saying thanks. Kydir had turned now so that the white female's view was of her flank.
"I'm glad. I meant every word, I will not do it again." As the sentece escaped her lips, it was in her mind to wonder what the other wolfess was thinking. Was she really going to let her off that fast? Doubt circled the mind of the female and she silently dug her sharp nails into the dry earth beneath her.
Aisha sounded like a small child who had been reprimanded by a parent. It was the same exept she knew she could leave any time she wanted. If she got on Kydir's good side that would just be a bonus.
What luck. What stupid luck was following her that the first person she tries to talk to is so snappy and rude? The femora held in a sigh and waited to see what emotion would come up next.

Kydir was enjoying herself.
It was always fun to pull a leg or two to the new ones of the group, though she was new herself. Having that confident and stubborn side, she appears like she owns the land, but hey. She wouldn't go that far. Responsibilities weren't one of her first priorities in life. So, leading pack would end in devastation.
When the apology slipped out of Aisha's mouth, that devious smile curved upward even more. Though she wanted to continue bothering her with Kydir's snappy mood, she let the white femora go easier than expected. "Hah. It's all good my friend," the troublesome voice said, accepting her statement. She smacked her lips and let her pink tongue glide along her thin lips, the rusty hue being bushed against the ground as she dropped to the flooring.
"I like to play around with new members, so you know."
Given a few seconds for Aisha to take that confession of Kydir's jokes, which most don't see them as that, the Ethiopian wolfess darted back up on her feet, delicate paws moving as quick as she got up. Dust kicked up as she passed the femora, white jaws of the canine revealed as she spoke out loud so Aisha knew what this crazy lupine was doing. "Maybe a hunt will let me forgive you from earlier."
Wait. Didn't Kydir say she forgave her and even spoke that she was playing around? It seems she's up to it again.
ooc. Im am sorry for the half-assed post that you been waiting or a month now. I feel terrible...

Friend. Narrowing her eyes, it made the femora wary to think how forced that word must have been. She wondered when the last time was that Kydir had usued that word and under what circumstances. Aisha inhaled a breath quietly and said nothing.
From the corner of her eye, the ivory wolfess could see her assailant lower herself to the ground. Aisha listened more intently now as Kydir spoke of just been 'playing around'. Nothing this wolf could say was going to change anything. Anyone who would burst into anger after a simple statement was not getting any friendship from the white female. Her face was blank, it did not portray the thoughts going throught her head at all. Aisha was about to leave when one word held her in place. Hunt.
What is she doing? Hiden by the browning grass, Aisha's nails raked the soil. From growing up, she had learned how to hunt. Not just how how to catch a mouse scurrying back to it's hole, no, but to really hunt. She guessed that she could take down a stag, Aisha was quite strong. Her think ivory pelt covered her muscular build and her sly smile told Kydir she was on.

The two-minded femora had her wicked smile crossing her delicate features, the curving expression wrinkling her vision. Deep white teeth gleamed from the unconcleament, and grew even bigger by the second. She was, to say simple and to the point, overly excited. She wanted to see what this new member had in store for the restless Kydir. This hunt would prove if Aisha is an interesting peice in her collection.
Picking her speed up when seeing that sly smile on the white female's face, her legs bounded perfectly and had her leap in endless gallops across the dry covered earth. Blood pumped into the heart vigorisly and her breathing got deep and loud, however, ignoring her aching muscles, she continued on, not wanting to stop intil she catches a meal. A large one, to be exact. Nostrils flared and a pink tongue fell out from the ethiopian's muzzle, moving to speak to the following Aisha.
"As you can see, prey are hard to find.. these days," she panted between words, still going on. "But, the trick is to find any reliable source of vegitation that hasn't withered away yet." Those lungs filled largely with oxygen as she breathed in hard, attempting to sense any lucious greens or even water. Fortunately, the scent of deer snuck into her recptors. She gradually increased her running, directing the one behind her to the clearing of a small herd of six deer, grazing on what little grasses they can consume.
She halted abruptly, skidding into the tall brushes and weeds that concealed her well. "Any plans?" she demanded and expected, wanting to make a successful hunt.
