The Ashbreaker Clan dwells in a realm all its own...
A place where lush valleys collide with a towering mountain, lazy waterfalls flow into raging rivers, and dangerous humans encounter fearsome wolves. The Ashbreaker is always on the run, since fate seems to enjoy toying with their lives daily. If you find yourself on their terra, you'd better have a good reason...
If you wish to join, find the alpha, Tigerstorm, or the beta, Haitoru, before they find you lurking about their homeland without permission. If you're just passing through, make it quick... Haitoru doesn't take kindly to strangers...
08•10•o9 Yay for getting back on track for tha main plot and for activity boost! I am happy we are able to get things going before school comes for some. Keep up the good work everyone! <3 ~ Tiggy
07•19•o9 You all know what had happen so i don't need to explain in here. I want to get our activity back up(meaning as 'our', I am pointing at myself and Haitoru). Also, I wanna get some boards cleaned out, maybe new ideas to get it going, and etc. Thanks for being so loyal everyone and remaining active! <3 ~ Tiggy
19•o5•o9 - Hello, everyone. I do want to first say I am sorry for Haitoru's and my own inavtivity. School is almost ending, and my sister is going to graduate. I bet you all are busy with school/college/classes too. I understand you are busy and don't feel bad about it. Just come on here and there just to check up on the site. Thanks for understanding. Hope when school is over, we can enjoy roleplaying once again. <3 ~ Tiggy and Hai
21•o4•o9 - Activity Check #2 is now in order. So is May nominations for WOTM. I hope everyone had great vacations and breaks! You can take your time adjusting back into the roleplaying life again. Lol. Have fun and I hope the activity will boost up again. <3 ~ Tiggy
30•o3•o9 - Rhandir Valley has hit a bump in the road. Not much posting compare to earlier on, but hey! Life does get in the way. You guys are great and are super awesome for being able to dedicate yourselves to this site. Possibly an Activity check soon enough. Also, WOTM needs help going! ~ Tiggy

Just try your best and try to regain it. Continue about the site and welcome our newcomers with grace and dignity... Nah. I'm joking. But no raping them! -giggles- ~ Tiggy
o2•o2•o9 - The site has hit a ditch. Not going to point fingers because they would go at me. LOL. Hah. Okay. Laughing aside, I hope the site gets a bit more active. I am trying my hardest, and I am sure you all are as well. Have fun! ~ Tiggy

28•12•o8 - Ah! I am glad to see the site is growing more active! YAY! Welcome our new members with respect and dignity, guys... NAH! You guys can have a blast with them, so be yourselves and enjoy bashing on the noobies. Hah. Any questions, new members, don't be afraid to ask! We are all willing to help out and be friends with whoever comes by on the site. ~ Tiggy
14•12•o8 - Maintenance Mode no more! Thanks to Lust and others, we were able to make the site even more organized and attractive. Hopefully more members will join. If not, we can advertise our site at theirs. Might work! Ayways, activity is doing well amongst all the members with school and other life obstacles. Take your time and don't rush yourselves to reply in threads! <3 ~ Tiggy
o7•12•o8 - As you all have noticed, the site was put at a stand still. Tig and I decided we should lock it up until we have fixed everything and have gotten all of your support in the finished product. Lust had given me the lovely idea of a independent, or otherwise freeform, roleplay section for those who don't want to follow the main thread. I kept the main thread in case some of us still want to make it like a big story, but she was right. It IS hard to follow it and keep up with everything if everyone is in one thread. I'm organizing, trying to finish the Nightrider Plot Summary. I'll make the 'Kingdom of Carnage' plot summary to, when it gets a few more posts. c: ~ Hai

Paws gently pushed the grass to the earth. The soft sound of fur brushing past plants could be heard if you listened hard. A white pelt among the green. Lolaf stopped she was at the edge of the nightstriders boarders, the sent was strong here. Strong but not over powering. She nodded to herself. This is what she had come here for. What she been travailing for. She opened her maw and raised it to the air. A melodic sound escaped and she lowered her muzzle again. Now she would wait. A few doubts passed through her head but she pushed them away.
"Be calm" she said out loud. weakness will get you know where. Fear is for those who are weak.Lolaf flicked her tail in slight annoyance. Where were they? Be calm she told herself. Patience is a virtue. But still it wouldn’t kill them to at least come. She paused. Their coming. She thought she could hear the soft paw steps in the distance but she couldn’t be sure. A small rabbit rushed out of the underbrush. Learn to tell the difference between a rabbit and a wolf. Lolaf took a deep breath to calm herself and stop talking to yourself. She chuckled to herself.

((just a few things to point out, it's Nightrider and they don't have a boarder, their more of a nomadic pack, traveling around together so the Ashbreakers don't catch their scent or know their still around))
Cynric twitched as Zetsumi slid over, the older killer always setting him on edge when he came around. There were few who did that, only Salitre and Zetsumi able to get a shiver out of this defiant young male, even the sadistic Yashea not drawing any fear from him but there was something about the ebon duo that made him almost fearful. He twitched as the subordinate passed him and continued on. Cynric stood and followed the black male soundlessly. Though Cynric only really had to bow his head to Niju there were the select few whom he respected enough to bare his throat to when they approached. Zetsumi was on, as was Saltire and so was his sister but for different reasons. Though he shared a rank with Yashea he didn't not bow to her and even found some joy in pissing her off. "There's a female near the southeren edge of our territory" Zetsumi muttered under his breath and Cynric lifted his muzzle in time to catch the scent. It was soon followed by a howl and both males found themselves snarling in annoyance. "She needs her vocal cords cut out" Cynrick hissed in annoyance before nodding to his current companion and taking a few steps forward only to find Zet looking elsewhere. "I'm going to continue scouting then find Salty, I'll see you at the den tonight" he said and Cynric nodded, thinking that if Saltire ever heard him calling her Salty she'd probably kill him despite his rank.
His ear twitched again as he watched the male slide off in complete silence then he turned and sighed before launching himself to lope towards the female. She wasn't hard to find, a pretty little white female but his features were twisted into a scowl as he approached her. "We're trying to keep a low profile so I'd be grateful if you could keep it down" he hissed between his teeth though there was very little anger in his voice. A bit of annoyance but little to no anger. They didn't get many new wolves so he had to treat them nicely or else Niju would chew his head off. He sighed and shook his head as he continued walking closer until she could see all oh him. His should was hurting but there was absolutely no limp in his walk. "Sorry, it's been a long day..." he said with a sigh as he stopped a meter or so away and remained standing though he shifted his weight easily off of his sore foreleg.

Lolaf started back defiantly. She had lernt not to back down.
"Sorry" She said a small hint of senserity then she masked it up. Stupid, stupid Lolaf she growled in her head. Then took a deep breath. She nodded at the brute's other comment. Then stood paws spread apart. She held her head high.
"I'm Lolaf by the way" She said but no trace of friendlyness was found in her voice. She shifted the whight form one paw to another as she waited impatiently. She mentaly prepare herself for the task ahead. She had no doubt that the alpha would expect somthing of her. If only she knew what. She was growing a bit impatient, but had to calm herself.
(Is that good? -_- I'm tired right now so I can't tell)

The defiance in her eyes only fanned the flame of his temper and slowly lips curled back. This rude, obnoxious, stuck up bitch thought she could come to their lands and sure she howled instead of prancing in like some idiot but what she was doing was show of disrespect not only to him but to the pack. Her sorry seemed sincere for a millisecond but it was gone and this only pissed him off more. He was almost sorry for apologizing for snapping at her off the bat. Lips were curled back completely now, an obvious warning that she was wearing out her welcome. Then her head was up and she was taking a dominant stance.
His head and tail were up in a second and body was angled forwards to loom over the female, a clearly dominant and threatening gesture. Her name was Lolaf, that was said in a monotone voice and if his lips could be pulled back anymore they were. He didn’t offer his own name in return instead eyes screamed at her to back down. She seemed impatient and that didn’t help his own patience. ”Okay child since you seem to stupid to understand how things should work I’ll lay it down for you. You do not walk into someone else’s lands and show dominance. I am the beta so even if you do mercilessly join our pack I will still be above you and unlike in other packs I will expect you to act like I am a higher rank then you.” words were level and calm but they were spoken though clenched teeth. Stepping forward as if to force her to slink to the ground.
”Now I can take you to our alpha but if you do join our pack, I will make myself clear now because I don’t want to repeat myself again later. You. Are. To. Respect. Higher. Ranks. Or I will personally chase you out. Do I make myself clear Lolaf?” he went from stating calmly to snarling to basically purring the last two sentences. He was still looming over her and he was obviously not going to give her space. Already he had decided he didn’t like her. In any pack if you are at boarders and you don’t show submission to your greeter well… it was like walking into a stranger’s house, whacking them over the head and asking, “Yo man, got a room?” Cynric had never been to a pack that was different so why was she being so disrespectful? God only knew but if it continued well Niju might just want to kill her himself.

Damn. Where the only things Lolaf could to think. She lowered herself and pushed her ears falt against her skull. Now she was thinking again. She needed a face saving way to apoligize. She lay there for a moment, front limbs extented outwards. Her torso touching the grass and her rump in the air.
"I must apoligize, I have been to many pack that send normal members to answere to the loners. " Lies! Lolaf flattened herself more as the male drew closer. She lowered her head and avoided his gaze. "I only ask that you do not judge me based on this mistake. As I may yet prove usefull to your ... Cause."
Lolaf felt quite embarassed to be so bluntly submissive. But what choice did she have? She would put up with... it for now. Great job, now you've made enemeys with the Beta. They may still chase you out, or wrose. But she made no signs of the way she was beating herself up.

" Prove it, Lolaf "
Complacency reverberated the sincere dare, its volume relatively loud do to the distance it traveled, but tone was soft and smooth. Debonair air was taken up, which was an oddity in itself, as careful canter brought bulky female into view over the horizon. Honey-tinged fur ruffled slightly, its density atavistic to arctic heritage. Harsh drive of panzer paws across the terrain sounded like a war drum dirge, carrying the dark horse along. Ears remained perked forth, far as they would go, which gave way to the obviousness that the duet's conversation certainly had not been so private.
For once, pride and rebellion did not shed from the posture of the damned; instead, a taunting yet charming attitude was attemptedly exuded. And as the pair's silhouettes grew increasingly defined, clarity displaying fine features in a clear portrait of dominance and submission, slight smirk peaked upon a malicious muzzle. Nice. Switching gears down to a trot, Lantana approached her brother's flank, slowly stepping up to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Beta brute. Although she was rather tall for a female, he registered as quite a few inches higher. In comparison to appearances, her brother was far more slim and trim: definitive muscle mass and svelte form rustled with the slightest of movements. The Zeta, however, had a hunter's form hidden beneath arctic armor--thick, light-toned fur could cushion blows, though build made her sublime for retaliation as well. It's plausible they could be the absolute team. After all, they didn't even look related, just like they didn't appear the quintessential threats.
Amber eyes did not stray was the submitter, searching curiously for that deviant defiance that must have been the thing to flip the switch of superiority on her brother. For this once, though, she did not flick her tail at him, nor openly scorn or scold him, but rather seemed to truly be on his side. Composure borne vague confidence with assertive qualities, keen sight smug as it rolled over the lowered form of a female. Despite her own rather low rank, it was often she didn't act like such, even in the presence of Niju himself. And eventually, she might pay for that. But as for now, who cared? She was getting her cake and eating it to, and she enjoyed that.
