She always comes back to bite you in the ass” CHARACTER’S NAME: Zetsumi NICKNAME(S): Zet or Z GENDER: Male AGE: 3 years 4 months PACK: Nightraider RANK: Bider SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual FULL OF SOUND AND FURY!!!| the outward particulars FUR: Pure black EYES: Pure black, looks blue and purple in some lights and you can see his pupil from the side HEIGHT: 34 inches WEIGHT: 125 lbs LENGTH: 6.5 feet BREED: Rocky Mountain Wolf BODY TYPE: He’s tall, as tall as male wolves usually get but that’s his breed. He’s not extremely skinny, nor is he over weight. Even though he weights a lot he looks rather thin and streamlined at first glance. He’s made up of almost all muscle from his years of fighting. SPECIAL MARKINGS: A white 13 in roman numerals on his left collar bone and a white leather collar with his names stitched in black thread on it. He got a new one after the war. FIRST IMPRESSION: When first meeting Zetsumi he’ll probably come off as a jerk because really, who likes a guy who glares at anyone who tries to talk to him and simply walks away. He isn’t social, he has almost no friends and really only associated himself with his sister but she left not long after the war so he withdrew into himself. He remained with the Nightraiders but remained a bider, simply drifting in and out of their ranks. THE WINTER OF OUR DISCONTENT!!!| the intricate parts PERSONALITY: Once upon a time he was actually quite nice, he hesitated when orders came and only continued with his work because his sister forced it upon him. Even though she was rather cold even to him he still loved her, maybe it was because he was still dealing with abandonment issues and Itonami was the only family he had left. So once upon time he was reasonable, he could easily be talked out of a job and regretted killing others every waking moment, even had nightmares at one point. So what happened you ask? She left thats what. Before he could easily back out of a job and let his sister carry it out but when she left there was no one left to continue the killing. Lets just say there nothing left of his old self anymore. He's not reasonable anymore, there is nothing rational part of his mind, no conscience to say that what he's doing is bad. If you meet him you'd be lucky to get a word out of him, generally he doesn't speak other then words of obedience. When someone wants someone else dead they generally come to him and no matter what they might mean to him the words that will come from his maw will be 'as you wish'. He's decided that feels only bring pain, maybe Itonami was onto something and he should just be emotionless. But there are those rare occasions when he returns back to his normal self, generally on a full moon on the rock he and Itonami used to sit on by the sea. It was the only time she let her defenses drop as well and she was like the sister he knew but the second the moon began to fade she was back to normal. Maybe he's just trying to continue what his sister started but now he has no one to tie him down, not even a sister. Sometimes at night he remembers about a time before the war, before the clan he had allied himself with and the other clan fought and the humans decided to hunt. He remembers the black female that had made him laugh, made him want to run away with her. But thats all in the past and he usually just shakes the thought off. LIKES: Being alone Silence Full moons Twilight Hunting Long walks Sunsets Sunrises His rock The humans DISLIKES: Loud noises Being crowded Being talked to Large crowds Hunting in groups Being called Mr. Grumpypants Being abandoned Killing for fun Killing females and pups STRENGTHS: Fighting Heartless killing Surviving on his own Being cruel Just walking away from a fight Very obedient WEAKNESSES: Is easily egged on Gets defensive on the topic of his family Doesn't disobey his 'employer' Will always complete his job CHARACTER FLAWS: Well he is a jerk when you wake him up from a nap, actually... he's a jerk to almost everyone, no matter their rank because he doesn't like to ally himself with anyone. He might hang out with a pack for company for a while but generally he gets a job from someone of power, completes it and moves on. He is rather detached from the world and sometimes it doesn't even seem like he cares if he lives or dies, like his sole purpose it the job. ECCENTRICITIES: He always needs to be doing something, from hunting, to jobs, to just walking. His tail also constantly flicks twitching away at his heels. TALENTS: Other then being a skilled assassin, almost nothing gets to him, you could insult his best friend, threaten to rape his sister and he won't bat an eyelash. Okay, he might sneer at the second one and dare you to do it. THE FAULT IS NOT IN OUR STARS!!!| the tale behind the face FAMILY I. Parents; Unknown II. Siblings; Itonami (f,?) III. Other Relatives; None IV. Childern; None HISTORY: He was born in the mountains to a pack that knew nothing but bloodshed and death, it was what they lived for. At the time they were making a name for themselves, known for the tattoo's on their left collarbones. No one knows how they got these except for the pack themselves. They used a human trick, but put a twist on it. Kind of like freeze branding but by burning the skin with a burning stick stolen from the humans and put out then putting the burn in icy water. After about a year the fur would grow back. One white wolves a different trick was used to make the fur that grew back black but that was known only to the white wolves. Zetsumi was too young to remember the tattooing properly, he only remembers the pain, it's something that is hard to forget. At birth his mother gave him and Itonami to the alpha female, as did all the females who birthed a litter so they could continue their work. So Zetsumi grew up in a litter of 17, none of which he cared much for other then his blood sister, the only white wolf there, just as he was the only black one. That was how they grew up, never knowing their real mother but not allowed to call her mom, she was always ma'am to them. She never treated them like children, never held them when they were scared, no, when they were scared she simply said that they were going to be warriors one day and that they felt no fear. At 6 months there were being trained to fight, no play fighting, real fights with real blood and real death. At one year old they were all paired off, he was put with a bigger and stronger male, and lined up. Think Gladiator or dog fights when you listen to this part of the story. Each pair was to fight to the death, naturally you know who won in Zet's match, he was faster and smarter then the big male and he got his jaws around the male's throat easily. He hesitated as the male begged him not to kill him, he stopped and walked away. The alpha male walked up to him and shoved his jaws back around the other male's throat and forced him to tear it out. That was Zetsumi's first kill and unlike everyone else it only made him want to leave the pack even more. The only one not forced to fight was the alpha's daughter. Another 6 months passed and everyone was paired off again, now in groups they knew could work to each other advantages. These were the groups that would be teams that could go complete jobs. Zetsumi was paired off with Itonami and they were sent west, getting jobs often to kill certain wolves. Think mafia when you imagine the wolves that approached them and imagine It and Zet as loan sharks. They lived well, Itonami doing most of the work since she was the best killer in their pack and because the second someone begged for their life Zets conscience kicked in. But until they reached Rhandir Valley that worked for them. They decided to settle down for a while and even lived with the humans for a while who named them the names they had now. Before they were just numbers. Itonami for life and Zetsumi for death, in truth their names should have been exchanged. Itonami established herself as leader of the dogs in the camp easily, killing anyone who tried to get in her way and basically bringing Zetsumi along with her. Soon they knew almost everything about the humans and even ran into an old comrade of theirs, Blood. But he also made new friends, though some of them were made rather unconventionally but he really only remembers one even a bit. Black and so sweet he always felt the need to protect her. Even though she was a captive she was always nice, even tolerated to collar. But the war separated them, just as it separated him and Itonami. Near the end of the war Zetsumi realized that his sister wasn't around anymore. it was at this point that he began to change from the soft hearted guy he used to be to what he is now. He decided to remain with the Nightraiders, hoping his sister would return but not officially joining the pack, just drifting around, doing odd jobs the pack wolves order him to do.
